The Challenge

According to Missouri Farmers Care website, nearly 13 million kids in the US are food insecure. That number includes hundreds of thousands of Missouri kids here in the nation’s agricultural heartland. In rural Missouri, as many as one in five people face food insecurity. Among children, the numbers are even higher. In parts of Missouri, one in three children face food insecurity on a regular basis.

NRG Packs relies on monetary donations as well as volunteer help to combat the onslaught of food insecurity in Montgomery County, Missouri.
